Hall Manager:

  • Briefing staff and checking the Hall set-up before the event.

  • Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.

  • Determining the number of the waiter staff, and planning the layout and setup the venues.

  • Supervising the placement of tables, chairs, cutlery, plates, glasses, table linens, serving utensils.

  • Consulting with the Head Chef regarding the timing of meal courses to be served.

  • Overseeing the seating of guests, the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.

  • Managing the availability of liquor and drinks, when required.

  • Answering hosts’ questions and accommodating special requests.

The floor in charge:

  • Meet and greet clients.

  • Oversee catered functions in house.

  • To make the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event.

  • To ensure overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, Halls and storage areas.

  • To make proper usage and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the Hall and Catering Section.

  • Supervising the placement of tables, chairs, cutlery, plates, glasses, table linens, serving utensils.

  • determining the number of the wait staff, and planning the layout and setup of venues.

  • to ensure the proper dress code for all service waiter and maintaining personal protective equipment(ppe) for each and every waiter.

A good chef can make any event worth remembering and bring smile to every guest’s face. The chef Mr. Salim is one of the shinning name and most talented in our team. He has been known for delivering constant deleterious, mouth watering food every time with special delicacies. He is our enlisted Chef and has been working with us for more than 25 years. He always maintains his professionalism and strictly monitor the good hygiene factors – Cross-contamination, Cleaning, Chilling, and Cooking. He also supervises other culinary workers and oversees the running of a kitchen.
